About Your Coach

Hi, I'm Jeff Goldman.

I’m a Certified Health Coach through the Primal Health Coach Institute and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I’ve helped thousands of clients with their health and wellness journey. I own a personal training studio with my wife and wrote The GLP-1 Muscle Manual — available on Amazon — because I saw too many people losing muscle, not just fat, on these medications.

I created the GLP-1 Health Coach system because the nutrition advice most people get when they start a GLP-1 medication is either nonexistent or dangerously generic. “Eat healthy and exercise” isn’t a plan.
